Wi-Fi camera help across the Valley
What we help with
Camera keeps going offline
Usually weak Wi-Fi through stucco and block walls, or a router change. We find it and fix it.
App will not connect
Cameras that need the 2.4 GHz band, a Blink Sync Module or Arlo base station that lost its connection, or a fresh setup. We reconnect them for you.
Dead or damaged camera
We swap failed plug-in and battery cameras for new ones and set them up in the app.
Drops out on hot afternoons
Arizona heat shuts cameras down. We look at placement, shade and the camera's temperature rating.

Questions about wi-fi camera help
Which camera brands do you work on?
Ring, Blink, Arlo, Wyze, Nest, Eufy and most other Wi-Fi cameras. The usual fixes are the same across brands: signal, power, settings or the app.
Can you fix cameras someone else set up?
Yes. Troubleshooting cameras that are already there is a big part of what we do.
Why does my camera only work at night?
Heat. Many outdoor cameras are rated to about 122°F, and a sunny wall gets hotter than that. See cameras in Arizona heat.
Should audio recording be on?
It depends. Read recording audio on home cameras in Arizona before you turn it on indoors.
